Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium tile or luxury vinyl flooring purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Cut-to-size tiles or custom orders
- Installed Decorative Accents
- Separated Mosaic Tile sheets
- Products marked “final sale”
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Email Body: Include product details, quantity, and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Specific return instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are securely packaged in original packaging
- Return authorization number is visible on package
- You retain the shipping tracking number
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received:
- We inspect items within 3 business days
- You receive email notification of approval/denial
- Approved returns are processed for refund/exchange
Refund Information
For approved returns:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged/defective products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
