Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Cut-to-size tiles or custom orders
- Decorative Accents that have been installed
- Mosaic Tile sheets that have been separated
- Any products marked as “final sale”
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Specific instructions for your return
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All items are securely packaged in their original packaging
- The return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
- You retain the shipping tracking number for your records
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the items within 3 business days
- You will receive email notification of approval/denial
- Approved returns will be processed for refund or exchange
Refund Information
For approved returns:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

- Defective/damaged product
For international returns (outside the U.S.), we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
