We highly recommend ordering samples first! We offer sample shipments at reduced rates so you can see and feel the quality before committing to a full order. Samples typically ship within 1 business day.
Are your tiles suitable for bathrooms/kitchens?
Most of our tile collections are suitable for wet areas, but we recommend checking the specific product details or contacting our team for guidance on the best materials for your project.

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. All orders ship from our Raleigh, NC warehouse.

  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping
How are my tiles packaged for shipping?
Every order is carefully packaged with specialized materials to prevent damage during transit. Our Raleigh-based team treats each package with the same care we’d want for our own homes.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real-time until delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
